I’m Roberto Resendiz, an Interior Design student at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.

My portfolio includes a variety of work ranging from residential and commercial to hospitality design. I specialize in creating warm and comfortable spaces. As a driven and creative interior designer, I aim to leverage my proficiency in design software and creative problem-solving skills in a dynamic design firm. I’m eager to contribute to innovative projects, gain hands-on experience, and enhance client spaces.

My Story

I began studying interior design in 2022. Initially, I didn’t know much about the field or how to design a space. However, as time passed, I developed a deep interest in the subject and began learning the key components of design. I discovered how to create safe, comfortable, and livable spaces, how to incorporate light effectively, and how to make spaces elegant and inviting.

Interior design has become my passion. I’m committed to sharing my experiences and knowledge with clients and colleagues, contributing to the creation of harmonious spaces where everyone feels at home.

I am on track to graduate with a BFA in Interior Design in Spring 2027. I’m excited to start my career and use my expertise to make meaningful contributions to the design community and the world.
